Little Roy's Uprising classic gets a proper 12" treatment, with the original dub version restored on the A-side and both cuts taken from tape. It's roots at its sweetest and most pointed - nyabinghi touches, keys tucked in nicely, and Sylvan Morris on the mix. The flip brings two previously unreleased Pablove Black instrumentals: one version of George Beaufort's 'Reaching Our Goal,' plus 'Kissinger in Africa' working the Black Star Liner rhythm into synthier territory. Proper roots business.
