Following the first volume, Léve Léve Vol. 2 continues the focus on the rich, rhythm led music of São Tomé and Príncipe. Curated by Tom B., it brings together standout cuts from the ’70s and ’80s, restored and remastered with both DJs and deep listeners in mind. Key groups like Africa Negra, Sangazuza and Conjunto Equador return, alongside rarer and previously unreleased material. Across it all, puxa and socopê rhythms drive things forward - tight, energetic, and built for movement.

There’s context running through the record too, with themes of independence, diaspora, and everyday life woven into the music. Recorded across São Tomé, Luanda and Lisbon, it captures a sound shaped by movement and exchange, now brought back into circulation.
