Khôra - Gestures Of Perception
Khôra is Matthew Ramolo's creative platform for immersive world-building through sound, visuals, and poetic narratives. This project weaves together fully developed art-myths that evoke the mystical and stir deep emotional responses. By layering recordings of ritualistic instrumental performances with overdubs from various transient, heteronymic identities, Khôra destabilizes conventional musical structures, creating a complex collage that transports listeners to altered states of consciousness and challenges their perceptions.
