Disrupt - The Bass Has Left The Building

Regular price

Originally released in 2009 as Jahtari’s first ever vinyl LP, The Bass Has Left The Building finally lands back in circulation. Across twelve tracks, disrupt locks into his signature lofi dub zone, off-grid hip-hop rhythms, sci-fi snippets, cheap synths and blown out effects, all wrapped in thick, cosmic low end pressure. This edition pulls together key cuts like SEGA Beats, a chiphop dub rework of Misora Hibari’s Ringo Oiwake, alongside Berzerk Dub and Echobombing, previously tucked away on CD or limited 7” runs. Topped off with iconic artwork from Jimmy Cauty (KLF) and an inlay poster featuring an exploding sound system. Just as it should be.
