Building on last year’s research project, Sound Metaphors, Transmigration, and historian Ray Castle explore the vibrant Goa dance scene of the '80s and early '90s, a time when trance was still on the fringes. This underground hotspot was fueled by a distinctive blend of electronic sounds, with dedicated DJs and collectors handpicking tracks that defined the era’s "special Goa music." The compilation brings together influential tracks spanning new beat, proto-techno, early progressive trance, industrial, EBM, and house music. Packaged in a double LP gatefold, it features event photographs, a poster, and detailed liner notes by Ray Castle. Remastered in Berlin, this release is a true treasure for any vinyl collector.
