The Caretaker - Patience (After Sebald)
One of the lesser known gems in The Caretaker's highly conceptual catalogue. A decade out of print, Patience (After Sebald) was the soundtrack to acclaimed filmmaker Grant Gee's documentary about German writer WG Sebald. Using the works of Franz Schubert circa 1927, The Caretaker extracts and heavily processes the source material into hazy long forgotten memories, nostalgic trips of past lives once lived that blur and melt into feelings that you could've once lived them yourself.
