Killer, lost Canadian roots business from P.Allen. 'Fisherman' is one of Allen's only surviving cuts after a basement flood in Toronto tragically destroyed his other master tapes, Allen having recorded a full album at Aquarius Studio in Kingston, Jamaica in 1984 with his backing band, Food Clothes and Shelter. Largely over-looked on it's first outing when Allen was dropping the remaining copies off to stores in Toronto himself, 'Fisherman' was maybe a bit too ahead of its time for some. This low-fi proto digital masterpiece is now a highly sough after classic. Ace.
