A fantastic collection of late 70's / early 80's from the Chen Yi commune based out of Chelmsford UK. With engineering from the legendary Flood. A truly bizarre set of unusual grooves, field recordings, samples, skewed pop and sound collages that are reminiscent of Throbbing Gristle, Severed Heads, Cabaret Voltaire and early SPK. Interesting sounds from and even more interesting time and place. Great stuff!
